First time I used them and very pleased with price and communication and organisational from start to finish.

I'm lucky as I have a great local tyre place that works with Black circles and makes my life very easy. Used before, will use again

Pretty efficient service, and communication was clear and helpful. Only thing they could have done better was fill the tyres to the same psi. One wheel is right, three are a little lower than recommended.All in I would still give a thumbs up.

No person told me that the fitter was not named Black Circle. Reception said yes we bought them over! Suggest you update your Web site.

The evening before the scheduled fitting I received an email saying the tyres had not arrived and I would need to wait a further week. I called and cancelled the order then immediately got a call back to say the tyres had actually arrived and were fitted by the mobile fitter as scheduled. I took the car out and the tyres weren't balanced correctly as there was vibration around motorway speed. I took the car to the fitters garage the next day and they said the balancers in the van can be thrown out of calibration by speedbumps etc. Fair enough really, but the chap who rebalanced the tyres put two of the wheels on the wrong way around as the rears are wider than the fronts so I had to then swap them around myself. The tyres themselves are good though, and the customer service guy was pleasant to deal with.

Tyres weren’t delivered on time other than that everything else was satisfactory

Started off great, but unable to deliver agreed time and date 3 times in a row. Fitting garage were poor and disorganised

Ordered online certain tyres with day given for fitting. Two days later got an e mail saying now out of stock offering an alternative to be fitted a further day later. Poor service

It was all very quick, convenient and easy. My only suggestion is to offer customers a receipt for their records. It’s great that it’s paperless but it’s good to be offered some proof of purchase

Ordered 4 tyres and fixed a fitting date which was delayed twice due to the unavailability of the tyres. Nominated garage Mr Tyre of Aylestone Road Leicester eventually fitted the tyres but just found all four locking nuts have been damaged in the fitting process. Total cost to me to repair £62.00Not impressedPlease contact meJ Marvin

Rearranged my fitting date half a dozen times. 3 out 3 times they've missed my fitting date. Won't be using again
