Far from the smoothest experience

The evening before the scheduled fitting I received an email saying the tyres had not arrived and I would need to wait a further week. I called and cancelled the order then immediately got a call back to say the tyres had actually arrived and were fitted by the mobile fitter as scheduled. I took the car out and the tyres weren't balanced correctly as there was vibration around motorway speed. I took the car to the fitters garage the next day and they said the balancers in the van can be thrown out of calibration by speedbumps etc. Fair enough really, but the chap who rebalanced the tyres put two of the wheels on the wrong way around as the rears are wider than the fronts so I had to then swap them around myself. The tyres themselves are good though, and the customer service guy was pleasant to deal with.
